There are believed to be about 20,000 health care staff nationwide who are refusing the jibby-jab, and their replacements are being sought:
She looks nice, but is a model, and from a prolonged, searching, but finally rather fruitless look at the British section of a1sexynurses.biz (NSFW) this is what we are likely to get:

Maybe the offer should be extended to US nurses, like this girl, who would no doubt be more than ready to ‘treat’ the unvaxxed covid positive to death:

Related, “Pandemic triggers ‘mass exodus’ of critical care nurses”
Australian hospitals are experiencing a mass exodus of experienced critical care nurses as the COVID-19 pandemic stretches healthcare workers unlike ever before, prompting medical colleges to warn of a workforce crisis.
Australian College of Critical Care Nurses chief executive Rand Butcher said in the last year, critical care nurses were “leaving in droves”.
There is zero mention of vaccine hesitancy or vaccine refusal, or vaccine injuries, as factors, and no mention of the 2017 flu season, which overwhelmed hospitals in an unlike ever before fashion, but there didn’t seem to be an exodus of staff then.
More replacement migration, in a more thorny case though:

They’re Tongans. The Immigration Restriction Act of 1901 was expressly formulated to prevent this kind of thing: coolies undercutting locals, but Australians these days often don’t want to do farm work, or there aren’t enough people who live in those areas to do it, but it’s not helped by the exploitative and niggardly practices of the agro companies and farmers.
Now the real reason this post was written: the farm worker program’s name, “Pacific Pathways”, is very close sounding to “Polynesian Pathways”, from the classic ABC series Summer Heights High (it’s moored at the Bay). Short version, with a perfect portrayal of a hapless nice white man high school teacher, the type who uses “pathways” in a gay program he made.
Extended version, featuring discussion on being simultaneously eaten (some of them were cannibals once) and raped in jail, and a deeper dive into the manboob issue:
We need more racist humour about Islanders, not more Islanders themselves. Admittedly, they are often good people, earthy, and about 10 times more churchgoing than Australians, but there is a ‘youth’ gang problem with them, among other things, and we just don’t need anymore thanks. Expect a deluge of (vaxed up) migrants in the coming years though.
