The Australian Defence Force preferences women in job applications and they have it down to a granular level in some cases.

For all of the roles advertised in the Australian Defence Force there is a “Period of Service” requirement, usually six years:
You will be enlisted for an Initial Minimum Period of Service (IMPS) of six years. On enlistment if you elect to serve an open ended enlistment, you will be able to serve until retirement age, subject to your continued suitability for service. If you elect to serve for a fixed period of service, subsequent periods of service may be offered subject to the requirements of the ADF and your suitability for further service.
For some roles, probably those they find it extra hard to get women applicants for, they add an exception:
If you are female and keen to join the Navy as an Electronic Technician, you have the option of applying for a two-year role.
This is a trade position, the first two years of service would be largely learning the trade and getting the required Certificate qualification. For women they get the necessary qualification, get paid minimum $49,385 a year less board plus 16.4% superannuation while training, and can then immediately leave and get private sector work. Because they have a gooey hole between their legs. Because the men who make and implement these decisions are quivering flopping jelly brained cowards/retards.
